I'd give zero stars if I could. I love a good firm, deep tissue massage, I like when it hurts-so-good. But this guy kept going over and over my spine and shoulder blades and it HURT HURT, not good hurt. I fully expect to see bruising. I scheduled a 90 minute massage and finally had to have him stop after 20 minutes. As I was leaving, the gal at the front offered to let me try a different room / table. The table was definitely not the problem!

For the price and availability this place deserves 5 stars. It is certainly not the fanciest place around town for a massage but they have been able to get me in within an hour three different times and are probably the cheapest place around. I have had a male and female and both were good.

I got a 30 min reflexology massage and 30 min regular massage. The foot massage was good, however the lady that was massaging me had two phones on her and she kept answering them while continuing with the massage. When she wasn’t on the phone, the phones were buzzing. When we went to the other room for the back massage, she was still on the phones and they were still going off. She would also poke her head out to talk to people from time to time and then leave the door slightly ajar. At one point she went to get hot stones, but then a man came back with them to finish the massage. She left the phones in the room and they continued to go off. While the foot massage was decent, everything else was very distracting and unprofessional. I won’t be going back and I would recommend that others look at going to different places even though the prices are decent. It isn’t relaxing and I was a little uncomfortable.

Went to Serene today I had a 100 minute combination massage done.. I really enjoyed the experience and I feel so much better. The tension I had in my shoulders is gone and I can now move my neck better as well. The staff was so amazing and so kind. The decor inside was so well put together. They have nice soft music in the back ground and the masseuse I had was amazing. I know with out a doubt I will be visiting Serene again.
